Identity Information required - Recent registration certificate?
So I have been asked by amazon to provide Indentity Information. Fine, but it’s asking for a proof of company registration, with a certificate issued after March 2020. Considering that we incorporated several years ago (and already uploaded this), I’m not entirely sure what Amazon is asking me for now?
I can upload the certificate of incorporation again, but that’s definitely not that recent.

@DripDrop i had the exact same and got verified. Here’s what you need to do:
Go to http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcframe?name=accessCompanyInfo
Search for your company, click on the company number on the left
Click on Order INformation for this company on the right
Near the top of the screen order the free Current Appointments Report
Download this and send it.
It contains your reg number as is also dated as todays date. When they say last three months, they mean the report, not the date of registration.
Took me 4 days to get verified

Not helpful for you but I’ve got a big red Alert box on my seller page which says Additional Information required, when I click on it it takes me to the identity information page which says I’m being verified and can’t make any changes. No indication of what (if any) information I’m supposed to be providing or even where I can upload it, no indications in any of the settings 
The alert box has been appearing and disappearing ever since yesterday and it’s beginning to drive me up the wall!

Companies do go out of business so Amazon probably just want a new certificate to check all is legit and the company is still trading.

I also have this Red box stating additional information is required. Along with a highlighted sentence saying that our information is being verified? We haven’t provided anything and I have no case, email or notification in relation to this?
Our sales have stopped and in Account info it says that we have Limited Access to Amazon Selling services?
Listing appear to be active but we are not winning a single buybox.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on??

We had the same situation we sent out the notice of deliver corporation tax from HMRC dated 18th April 2020 to verification team, we got the verification confirmation with in 48 hours.

I am in the same boat, suspended for 3 months, I can only offer a piece of advise… Companies House provides a "letter’ of Company GOOD Behaviour its 15 GBP if you can wait or 50GBP 2/3 days turnaround, and is required if you sign up for the Amazon Tax Services, this may placate Amazon, but I wouldn’t hold your breathe, as nothing seems to satisfy them at the moment.

The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Turkish, and Japanese. If the original document is not in a supported language, please provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.

Verification is common and nothing to worry about, normally we get that every 2-3 years, Just passed another one today. The verification does not to do with your account health, it is for the payment account side and it is mainly to confirm who is in charge of the account.

We got the same email last Friday as did a lot of other of the old sellers there is a post on the forums about it. If you go into Company House and print of your company details and then upload it this should suffice and then upload the other documents they want.
We done this on Saturday and got the email yesterday that everything is ok and verifcation is complete - I personally think that Amazon is just updating there records.
