About bullet points that disappeared without any notifications

Hello,

I think I have already exhausted all options that I can think of in order to resolve the bullet points not appearing on our product detail page.

Seller support asked to delete the listings but if we do that, what are the chances that our best seller badge will be retained after 24-48 hours?

The bullet points are still on the back end but when viewing it on the product detail pages, they don't show up.

As per the parent ASIN, I have also checked the back-end listing for the product description and bullet points. They're also aligned with our child ASINs.

Hope anyone can provide their insights on how to resolve this.

Best Seller status is based on sales history, so deleting and relisting the listing should not impact it directly. In general for these types of contribution errors, there needs to be 48 hours to clear the backend data after the listing is deleted so that the information can be replaced but if you provide your Seller Support Case ID I can see if there are any other options. Thank you.
