Is AI the worst thing thats happened to Companies?
I mean it drives me mad on Amazon from wrong A to Z, to trying to lodge a Case, to auto Seller Support responses.
But then you have AI everywhere, from Live Chat on Bay of E, to Evri, Royal Mail - pretty much most large companies.
I hate it, sends my blood pressure soring.
Getting to the point I want to give up my Amazon business.

Trouble with AI is that it needs to be trained, part of this I believe, is learning from Amazons current interaction with customers and sellers. So, Amazons AI is learning from the worse seller support in the world.
I may be wrong on this ( the AI learning bit, not the worse seller support in the world).

I don't think a lot of what we run into on amazon though is necessarily AI.
Amazon A-Z cases? Won't be AI - just run through a program. We know this as if it was AI - it would know that Buy Shipping orders shouldn't impact ODR - but they do.
That's just poor programming.

Most of those not even AI. It is just chatbot. It is automatically respond your words. If it was AI you would have much better respond and fairness really. As they would train with their policies. Most of these issues would be solved.

AI has no common sense, so it has no business dealing with seller issues. hey ho that's amazon.
