I would like to talk to an official from amazon over the phone about my account and the money inside. Because you usually give ready-made answers via mail / forum / case, unfortunately. This is not a solution either.

Good luck with that.

But if your account was suspended for RA/OA, dropshipping, or any sort of IP complaint, you will not see any of those funds unless you resolve the issue. There's not much past that that anyone can tell you in a phone call.

If you're not deactivated, or if it was for some other reason, then your best bet would be to open a case, post here with some info (including the case number) and tag a mod to see if they can look into it.

As you are posting in this space I would ask that you provide the reasons for your concerns so we can offer support as needed. Was your account deactivated, if so can you provide your original deactivation notice? This will help us in offering guidance or support toward reactivation.

Additionally regarding the funds, if there has been an account deactivation funds are held for a minimum of 90-days or until the account is reinstated. Depending on the reason for the deactivation, funds may not be eligible for release, buy you can find more on this at our funds withholding policy, including an email for the only team that and support funds requests. Our funds and disbursement teams do not accept or receive any type of direct calls from sellers.

If you are trying to contact someone about your account you can typically do so if you are a professional seller and by using the call me now feature in the account health page, or by creating a case using the help feature.

But if your account was suspended for RA/OA, dropshipping, or any sort of IP complaint, you will not see any of those funds unless you resolve the issue. There's not much past that that anyone can tell you in a phone call.

If you're not deactivated, or if it was for some other reason, then your best bet would be to open a case, post here with some info (including the case number) and tag a mod to see if they can look into it.
