KYC verification AND Identity Information

For my account, I was asked to KYC and asked to submit some information.

But this company has a situation.
Legal person A has been replaced by legal person B.
But I haven’t filled in the information of legal person B in the sellercentral.
The sellercentral still shows the information of legal person A.
Now, I need to provide the articles of association, the ID card and Hukou of the legal person.

My question is:
(1) Amazon has not prompted me to submit the information of legal person B.
(2) If I in sellercentral, the information of legal person A, all change to legal person B information, what is the risk?
(3) Or is it better for me to submit the ID card and Hukou of legal person A?

you should communicate with amazon to explain the scenario after that submit documents as per amazon instructions.

When you enter the legal representative’s information, make sure that exactly matches with the official documentation that you send to Amazon Payments UK.

If you are required to update your information, you can do so from the settings tab, account info, and them, from the seller account information page, click each section that you want to update. If your information has already been verified or the verification process has not yet started, you will be able to update your information. Any updates are subject to verification. Depending on our verification results, you may be asked to provide additional information.

Please note that information cannot be updated while it is being verified.
