Negative product review FBA
discussion. Hello, I have received a negative review (1 star) for a product that is FBA. The alleged reason is that the packaging had been previously open.
For reference all our other reviews are 5 stars.
This could only have been done by either an amazon employee or delivery employee.
Amazon is refusing to acknowledge this despite the 1 star review significantly impacting our reviews.
We have reported it, sent emails to community support and had nu.erous conversations with seller support who only send the same generic replies.
This is very disappointing considering its beyond our control and ultimately is either Amazon's fault or the customer is lying?
Our only course of action is to remove our products from amazon.
Before I shut down our amazon business is there any way we can have this removed?
Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you
