Need Clarification on Brand Registry Application Rejection
Several of my brand registry applications have been rejected due to the following:
The product images you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or it’s packaging. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them.
I see the reason for rejection is specific to the "label" and not the brand but I am confused as to why this is the case and would like to see if its possible to get clarification on how to prevent getting rejected again.
In my application I included a photo where I specifically focus on just the label exactly how it gets shipped directly from Merch by Amazon. Photo attached below. The brand itself is printed onto the shirt.
My case numbers are the following for reference: 15590927801,15606786891

Okay got it! Definitely very interesting and I've done some of my own personal research on this and the team is correct in their decision to reject the product for Brand Registry because although your logo in on the product, the product itself is not from your brand. (The tag on the shirt)
If you were to product the shirt yourself and have that tag read the same brand name that is trademarked, that would be acceptable!
