Funds are on hold - its been 4 days

I need some serious help. I have updated my account on Monday ever since then all my funds are on hold. No access to use PAY ME NOW. My disbursement did not go through yesterday. I have a shipment that needs to be pay by tomorrow. I called Amazon support several times they told me that I should have access to funds yesterday, which was not the case. It shows that I had 5k for me to withdraw all suddenly it went back to seller reverse hold. I do not want to lose my shipment. It's around the holiday and I need to buy gift for employees. AMAZON PLEASE HELP. I thought you guys only do 3 days hold. Why are the funds still on hold. I have several cases #16867700441, #16874207861

I've reviewed your account and see that you updated your banking information on December 16th. This triggers automatic funds hold for 3 business days.
The hold will automatically fall of after today, your funds will be available tomorrow - December 20th. If you still experience the same issue tomorrow, you can respond back to this thread and I will be happy to take another look.
