My colleague is unable to access their Seller Central account due to what appears to be a redirect loop during the sign-in process. The issue persists across multiple browsers and devices, which leads me to believe this is an account-specific session issue on Amazon’s servers.

Your colleague needs to reach out to Amazon Customer Service if they are unable to sign in.
There are couple of ways to do that, they can contact them by phone: 1-888-280-4331 or use this help page for additional resrouces on the sign in issue.
