COO burden
i had a phone call from seller support staff and he was trying to bully me into changing the COO info. I feel overwhelmed and i just want to close all my european stores.
i contacted seller support and they don't have a clue.
does anyone know how i can do this please
the way he was behaving on the phone made me sick, i couldn't understand his strong french accent. He was repeating himself and was speaking so fast. He wouldn't let me speak. He was acting like a bully tbh. Im almost 50 years old and the guy who phoned me sounded like a kid. I asked to speak to his manager and he laughed and said i can't. Then he just hung up the phone.

Anyway, try following the instructions in this post. Not sure if they work but you never know.

If you go to Reports, then select the "Category Listing Report" - this will download all your SKUs and in Column AHJ will be the Country of Origin Attribute.
Find which SKUs have no COO noted. Leave columns A to AO alone, then remove all data from every other Column. Add the COO to the blank ones, save the file then import it into Amazon = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/listing/upload
This will be a Multi-Marketplace Listing Templates upload so will add the COO attribute to all ASINs on all Amazon marketplaces.
