1. We are a UK company which sells through resellers. A German reseller wants to sell our product on Amazon in Germany. Who should add the product to Amazon - us or the reseller?

2. The brand registration process asks for Amazon ISINs. Does this mean that the product must be added to Amazon before the brand can be registered?

3. We have a UK and EU trademark for the product name. Which should we register in this specific case? If both, does this need to be two separate applications?

4. We also have a trademark for our trading name. This logo also appears on the product with the trademarked product name. Should we register this too and can multiple trademarks be registered for the same product?
