UPS - Say Amazon is the Account Owner and they required to fill in a claim I cannot

In am stuck in the loop

Amazon have done physical check cannot find parcels from UPS partner

Complete UPS claim form for parcels - tracking say delivered

Cannot claim from UPS becuase they are under Amazon Account

Amazon won't process claim with UPS - keep cut and pasting rather than reading

Stuck in the UPS call centre and Amazon centre loop

UPS are correct it is Amazon who should deal with any claims for lost parcels

Amazon state the following on the partnered carrier help page

Whom can I contact in case of any issues, such as non-delivery, damaged or incomplete delivery?

You can create a case with Selling Partner Support. You will be asked to provide your shipment ID, proof of pickup and any other relevant documentation pertaining to the shipment. We will then investigate the case and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We recommend that you also review the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy.

Although if it says delivered I don't think you can use the above. You would need to wait for your shipment to be marked as closed then raise an investigation against the shipment.

had this happen to me few months back. you'll need to wait for the shipment to be completed/closed before raising this with amazon.

I had to provide proof of ownership for all the items under my lost shipment. It was a bit of a headache but was eventually sorted and I was reimbursed. good luck! :)
