Unfair A-to-z Claim. Full Refund on a Delivered Item

We have the order that was refunded unfair.

Since the Customer didn't have a commercial address for delivery, He asked us to ship his order to the mechanic shop where He usually maintaining His vehicle. Located at: 18 WHEELER TRUCK PARTS 601 N US HWY 41 RUSKIN, FL 33570 The item was successfully shipped on 11/22/2024. Carrier name - Roadrunner. PRO# 639514975. You can check all the tracking information as long as Proof of Delivery on their website.
The order was successfully DELIVERED, ACCEPTED and SIGNED on 12/05/2024. We attached the SIGNED Proof of Delivery to the A-to-z claim response. Please also pay attention and check our communication history with the Customer. This claim is baseless and unfair. Now the Customer has the item and received His money back. Amazon helped the Customer to scam us. We would like to dispute this claim and receive our money back. The customer really received his item.
Moreover, he opened a return request with the following comments [ Original part 60 inches wide and new arrived part is 65 inches] which proves that he really received the item! RMA: D7kqnvLqRRMA ; We tried to contact the Buyer but once he noticed that received a full refund he started to ignore us.
As result, Amazon allowed the customer to scam us. He has the item and his money.
We are asking to escalate this issue to the supervisor and compensate us.
