Amazon refunded the full order without any notice after the customer apeal an AZ.(We can't check the AZ trace until Amazon refuned the customer)

We can't appeal to Safe-T where should I get my loss back?

The order is 1000USD.

This is not the first time Amazon refunded directly but we didn‘t get the return back(FBM order)
