My Funds are held while my account is under review.

Hello please help about my account, I am a new seller, and I have not received any payment from Amazon Pay yet. I seen on my account health that my Funds are held while my account is under review.

Amazon sent me this email: We are reviewing your Amazon Pay account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review period, but will stay in your account. Continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.

Why did this happen?

Your registration information provided is inaccurate or incomplete. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon Pay account. For more information, visit the Amazon Payments, Inc. Customer Agreement.

How do I expedite the review of my Amazon Pay account?

To expedite the review of your account, provide us with the following information:

-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account complies with Sections 2.1 Eligibility and 9.1 Representation of the Customer Agreement.

-- Evidence or examples that verify your business such as your business email address, your business website, or a link to your business customer agreements or policies.

If you believe there has been an error, submit the information listed in the previous section via email.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

I do see the account has been verified and you will need to add a deposit method so that you can receive payments.

You can do that via the Deposit Methods page. Once a bank account is added, our system will need 3-5 business days to verify it, then if the disbursement period is passed you will need to wait for the next settlement date before your funds can be transferred.
