Can any of the mods help us with an a-z claim please after our appeal was denied we raised a case with seller support case ID 11231585862.

We stated in the case the following:

Hi there, The order was delivered to the customer on Friday 13th June, there is signature confirmation and the driver has also attached an image at the customers property someone physically accepting the parcel from the courier. It has been delivered to the correct address as per the customers order: 28 OAK TREE CRESCENT LEEDS LS9 6SE If you need the supporting images as taken by the driver on the day of delivery please let us know we are happy to provide these for your reference. We offer to provide additional image of the customers house as the per the tracking information someone in the photo accepting the item and it was signed for so I don't understand how it is they can say they are upholding the claim and allowed the customer to defraud us in the process.

Can someone please help us with this claim please?
