Getting an a-z claim removed from ODR?
Can anyone help with this? customer said they didnt get order so filed a claim, which was immediately granted. I have appealed, saying i agree with the refund however since the order was sent on time and with amazon postage, according to their policies, it shouldnt count against ODR however the appeal was rejected.
I have spoken to customer service who said an account health specialist can help, but they of course say its not them. Does anyone know who to actually contact?

You can appeal again through seller support and they will pass it on to another team to look at. They will ask if there is new evidence just tell them the appeal has been denied incorrectly and the label was brought through buy shipping and the ODR should be reversed as per Amazon Policy.
I have done this in the past and often the ODR will get reversed. Sometimes it won't but I then ask Julia Amazon Mod to overturn them and that normally works.

Was the order shipped on time? As per policy: "With SSA enabled, your account health is protected from negative feedback due to late deliveries, and we will suppress negative feedback related to late deliveries on your SSA orders, as long as you shipped the orders on time"
If the order was shipped on time, I can open a new investigation with the partner team.
