Listing removed-Policy :Violation Restricted Products
Our listing was removed due to “This product has been identified as a laser product that makes prohibited medical marketing claims. Products that make such claims may not be legally marketed without prior FDA review and approval. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of all products that have not been cleared or approved by the FDA for over-the-counter use. To be considered for reinstatement, please remove the prohibited medical claims” We had the word “clinically approved” which we have removed. There are numerous red light therapy braces and all have the same keywords so we believe we are in the right direction now.
Can the moderators help us escalate this to see it reinstated?
Or any help on this to fix anything left? Our case ID is 15261447821

Hello @Seller_az1eyfLFpu9gN,
Thank you for posting here on the Seller Forums.
I see that you received a restricted product policy violation, specifically for a product identified as a laser that makes medical claims and you have questions about how to resolve this.
I have checked on the case you provided and so far, the review team is unable to reinstate the ASIN due to medical claims that are still present within the listing.
Typically, when it comes to medical claims, any mention of specific medical conditions and how the product relieves symptoms associated with that condition, will be in violation, unless approved by the FDA.
For example: if the product claims to treat, prevent, cure, or relieve pain associated with a specific medical condition, this can be seen as prohibited medical marketing claims.
I suggest to re-review the listing to check for unapproved medical claims. Once the medical claims have been removed the listing can be reviewed for reinstatement. Please note: the claims can be located in multiple places within the listing-description, bullet points, title, keywords and so on.
