Buyer hasn't received order but never ordered
I've been receiving a few messages from buyers asking where their order is. Both so far have stated they ordered in early January but when I check my shipments I'm not seeing their name. They tend to go quite after I ask for an order number. I'm just curious if anyone else may be getting messages like this as well.

I see what's going on now. I have the item on display right now for the product and they're using the product page instead of the the orders page.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. I would only work with buyers that provide an Order ID or file a claim with Amazon. Has this been resolved since the original post?
