Feedback manager which is automatic/robotic tool doesn't understand/doesn't reject feedbacks which are CLEVER and DON'T BREAK POLICY but ruin seller metrics
Example:
I have to be annoyed with this seller. The description of the item is misleading. The delivered item is unusable. Complaint has been accepted, but now I have been sent an email giving me a 10% discount if I keep the item. For an unusable item! If I still want to send it back, I have to write an email.
1) Customer didn't contact with me at all
2) I didn't offer discount
3) There was no any argue or reclamation
4) I sold hundreds units of the product without any problem

I can see why the bot would not remove the feedback but in reality, it looks like the customer has left feedback for the wrong item. It was probably ordered at the same time as yours. It happens a lot.
As far as getting a human to remove it, don’t waste your time, it won’t happen. Unless maybe a mod might take pity on you. Tag a few of them maybe?

I agree it sounds like one left for the wrong order. But the feedback removal system is as it is. You can’t expect the feedback removal team to become a hard boiled detective and do an in depth investigation on all feedback.
We look at the logic that if a negative is left by accident, we must also get positives left by accident.
We would just leave a factual response to the feedback if removal was not allowed.
