Letter of authorization
I am an official distributor of a brand and I would like to know what the process is for Amazon to accept my authorization letter, since on several occasions when they ask for invoices I have sent the letter and they never accept it, if someone can guide me in a real way.

Being a distributor will never allow you to give permissions to 3rd party sellers to resell on Amazon. The LOA you have is for you to sell it, but not to authorization the re-sale of it on a marketplace.

Hello @Seller_hPxAm9Wrdmspz,
Thank you for posting your inquiry on a letter of authorization.
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, a LOA will grant you permission to sell the product, but does not allow others to use you as a distributor or supplier. Additionally, a letter of authorization need to meet our requirements to be accepted.
You had also mentioned providing a letter of authorization when invoices are requested. Depending on the situation, we may still require sourcing documentation to ensure inventory is still being sourced appropriately, or as an example concerns of different items can be verified with invoices versus an LOA.
If you are experiencing a request for these documents and need more guidance, I would encourage you to post your notification here so that we can offer further support.
