Dangerous Hazmat Goods & Un-able to classify

Hi,

Can someone from amazon dedicate a member to help me get through my product classifations as I have 100x quantity inside FBA already and they are "processing" but I cannot continue until the products are classified, and I have now tried so many times to classify the products.

I have done multiple SDS / Exemption sheets > even have resulted to paying freelancers to complete the sheets for me and they can't get it to be classified or approved. its been a painful process to put my first aids kits for sale...

I also have enrolled in the dangeorus good waiting list (i think) and again no information on how to proceed, feeling helpless.

please let me know what steps I am not doing correctly
