undeliverable package returned to hebron ky

Order was undeliverable and returned to Hebron KY instead of the merchant. How do I get the item back? I already refunded the buyer to avoid negative feedback, can't file a safe t claim either.

This has happened to us about 5 times this year. An item sent FBM somehow gets returned back to an Amazon center in Hebron KY and there is nothing that can be done about it. Support said the center will send the item back to us and it should take a few days. Its been months of this and no packages were ever sent back nor did we think they ever would be. I dont even know how UPS would switch our address for a different one in the first place.

Was this order shipped on time using a claims-protected shipping service purchased in Amazon Buy Shipping? If so and this happens again in the future, the outbound shipment would be covered by Amazon Buy Shipping protections in an A-to-Z Claim is filed.
If you or @Seller_6memWKT6v1kJ8 have claims that were rerouted in this way determined to be seller-funded, please let me know and I will check if an appeal option is available.
