Shipment still in transit after 21 days but UPS says delivered on April 10th

Hello,

I’m reaching out to formally escalate an issue regarding my FBA shipment FBA18W12P86W, which has been in “In Transit” status for over 21 days. UPS shows the shipment as delivered, but Amazon has not scanned or received any units.

I have reached out to Seller Support multiple times, and unfortunately:

I’ve been disconnected on several occasions

I’ve been told I would be transferred to someone who could assist, but no one ever follows through

The issue has not been escalated properly or resolved

This shipment contains valuable inventory, and I urgently need this case reviewed by someone within the FBA Inbound Receiving team or Executive Relations team who can investigate and reconcile the shipment.

I have all the tracking numbers and the original UPS drop-off receipt and can provide them immediately upon request.

In the meantime: I reviewed the two tracking numbers associated with shipment FBA18W12P86W and UPS tracking shows "On the Way" as of April 8. The shipment is not yet eligible for reconciliation, but the below link may be of use.
