Returning Faulty Units To Supplier In China

Hi Guys,

My most recent shipment of units has been getting a lot of returns for defective units. I have therefore decided to return the units to my supplier in China.

What is the best process for doing this? I live in the UK, should I get them sent to my home address and then arrange shipment from there? Or is there an option to ship straight from Amazon warehouses to my supplier in China.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Ali

You’ll need to bring them home, check and repack them. If there’s a lot they could arrive in many packages and also it’s risky putting a suppliers address on amazon as it could lead to linked addresses

As per above, Amazon will only return to a domestic address. If you create a removal order for all the units they will remain buyable until the removal order is fully completed, which can take weeks. You would need to close the listing to prevent more orders.
