Faster delivery

We can deliver goods within 1-2 days of the order being received to our customers in the UK. However, currently the delivery date being shown to customers is 5-7 days which is hurting our sales.

We also lost our premium delivery eligibility because 1 order out 75 was delivered late by 1 day.

I would really appreciate if someone has advise regarding this.

The majority of your listings look like they are showing as 17-18 July (as of 8am on 13/07).

The minimum you can offer on shipping templates (aside from your local region) is 2-3 days anyway - so all you can do is check your shipping templates and ensure

  • Handling time is set appropriately (you can offer 0 day handling if you wish)
  • Transit times are as short as possibly

THat being said - amazon can still pad out the delivery times if they see orders delivery late. And your recent feedback would indicate this might be the case. Your low feedback score as well won't be helping in regards to any algorithms amazon are applying.

With regard to premium delivery, you can try to appeal that, but if it was late - you should just get Premium Delivery back in a months time when the late order leaves the Eligibility window.
