2x products now sold but 'disappeared'
Hi all,
I’ve got 2x products that have now disappeared after being sold since I started my account 2 months ago.
The first one, I sent in 10x of an item and only 9 got sold. It was a cheap product so didn’t worry.
But yesterday the same thing happened again. Sent in 5, and 4 got sold yesterday as I had the Buy Box.
FBA Inventory is still showing up as 5 but I no longer have my product displayed (and no messages from AMZ either to say there was a problem) as it is now more expensive from other sellers.
Has anyone else had this before and any suggestions please?

So do they show as inactive in your inventory or still active but not on the product page? Are they stranded as theres been some issues with the last one of items going stranded?

Have you checked on the inventory page to see if they are either in processing or transfer ?

Hi both,
The item since I wrote this has now popped back up as available so I’m guessing the buyer bailed out on it.
I still have the original product gone missing but as it was only a fiver and was a loss leader anyway (got me ungated) I’m not too worried about it.
Hopefully this last one will sell today and it’ll be all good!
