Resolution Needed for ASIN's Suspension Due to Incorrect FCC ID Requirement
I have ASIN's which were flagged due to an invalid FCC ID. After further investigation, we determined that the item does not require an FCC ID. ASIN B0CZMG63M8 and ASIN B0CZM4KJYC are covered by a Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). I updated the listings with the correct SDoC attributes in the FCC Radio Frequency Emissions Compliance section and provided signed SDoC documentation to prove compliance. Despite these efforts, the item was still suspended.
I continue to face challenges with Support, as the response is always to 'enter an FCC ID.' I've had several calls with Account Health Specialists who have attempted to escalate the issue internally, but the response remains the same—'enter an FCC ID' for the ASIN.
I'm at a loss on how to proceed, and the continued suspension is leading to a significant loss in sales. Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue and get the listings reactivated?
