I have provided the brand registration certificate, business license, corporate ID card, invoice and purchase contract as required.I don't understand what else is missing?

Upon review of the case, there was little to no information as this was a case associated to a call with the account health support team, thus I could not glean any additional information from it. Are there any other cases or additional information you can provide surrounding the situation?
