When this warning was received, did you receive a notification that included the required documentation to dispute the situation? Can you provide this for further review?
Upon review of the case, there was little to no information as this was a case associated to a call with the account health support team, thus I could not glean any additional information from it. Are there any other cases or additional information you can provide surrounding the situation?
