SKU is a number that you generate (or at least, can) to track your inventory.

FNSKU is the unique number that Amazon assigns to your SKU when you ship it to FBA, and is the number printed on the barcode sticker which you will place on your item. It references both you (the seller) and the SKU that you have assigned. Your internal SKU will never appear on a label for you to put on your product.
