I'm stuck in an endless loop with Amazon Support, and I really need help!
The Issue:
Amazon automatically added a 155x200 size variation to my Parent ASIN, but I do not sell duvets in this size. I’ve done everything I can:
✅ Uploaded a correct inventory file
✅ Provided screenshots from Manage Inventory
✅ Attached an Excel file proving that this size does not exist in my catalog
Despite this, Amazon Support keeps closing my case without fixing the issue! Their latest response said they need the ASIN for the 155x200 size, but I never created this size, so there is no ASIN to give them.
They also suggest deleting the parent or child SKU, but I can’t delete what doesn’t exist!
Important Detail:
When I go to Manage Your Inventory / Edit Listing, there is NO 155x200 size anywhere! This incorrect size does not appear in my listings, yet it somehow remains linked to my Parent ASIN.
What I Need:
Has anyone successfully removed an incorrect variation added by Amazon?
How can I escalate this when support just keeps closing my case?
Any advice on handling this situation?
This has been going on for over a week, and it’s extremely frustrating. I need this fixed ASAP because it’s hurting my business. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
