Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. I just checked your account, and it seems there is some documentation required so your account can be reactivated. If you already sent the documentation and it was rejected, normally it is because there is a missing document or information. Be sure that documents are legible and send exactly what is asked. You can see the required documents and missing information in "performance notifications." To access notifications, go to Seller Central > Menu > Performance > Performance notifications. This is where you are going to receive information about your account process.
