To be honest, that does sound like a very final message. Obviously they were not happy with some of the info you submitted. I guess you could have a final try to find out what the problem is, as they did say "...may not respond", not will not..

Looking back on your previous posts, it seems you have been doing a lot against Amazon's policy. Retail arbitrage, drop shipping, etc. The only source of information is Amazon Seller University. You Tube and elsewhere is full of "how to make millions on Amazon", but you have to think why these people are making videos and not enjoying their millions on a their yacht in Monaco. Most are ways of working around the policies and may be o.k. for a short time, until you are caught, then Amazon takes your stuff in FBA and any funds remaining. This forum is full of examples.

it is so important to get it right from the start on Amazon. Do your research in Seller University, plan your buying and selling strategy, learn about and plan your costs and margins, research the rules and regulations regarding distance selling, VAT and other taxes, product standards, etc. then do your research again to see if it all complies before you start adding products, or even opening an account.

I don't know if you will be able to get your account reactivated, but the first step is to realise and admit your previous errors and have measures to prevent future occurrences.
