We are having a similar issue. We get an email saying we need to add the RRP via a file template. We try to create the file and the error message we get is Invalid Access and then we try again and get You do not have permission to view this page.
So my question why send emails asking us to update inventory files when we do not have the access?

Good Luck, I have been trying to get an issue resolved for the past Month and they constantly tell me I need to contact through seller support then vendor support and back an forth. Literally no help what so ever.

I so agree. Our Account was suspended for 3 weeks because of a glitch in Amazon KYC processes.
It took 3 weeks to get a HUMAN to actually look into it and simply accept the documentation (the exact same documentation was provided 6 times!!).
By which time we've lost revenue, ranking, and a lot of hard won progress.
Amazon is becoming too risky because your livelihood can be taken away in a split second for no reason.
