Any idea if we can escalate an issue to an upper level than Seller Support?
Hi,
We have been experiencing so many difficulties with Amazon Seller Support. Googled it and found we are not alone.
They just simply send template replies and do not address the issue / point. It might be a waste of both Amazon's and sellers' time and efforts.
Is there any way that we can escalate a problem to upper level/management or create a complaint ticket somewhere else?
