True story. Amazon FBA had 1 unit of a $200 item returned by a customer, and it was listed as unfulfillable but unavailable for removal order.

I watched this item for almost a year in this state. A few times, I contacted seller support and asked to return my property, if it isn't fulfillable. The response was, the product is stored in an external warehouse and therefore, currently not accessible for removal.

And now, it has just disappeared from the list. It is not listed as unfulfillable anymore. But Amazon also didn't return it to me.

I am out $200 or the product, and Amazon pretends not to know what I am even talking about.

I guess it is time to start using a tool that monitors our FBA inventory and keeps track of everything. We shouldn't trust Amazon's lists and reports any longer.
