Order not recieved refunds on FBA
I am trying to understand something that I thought I already did...but I guess I don't.
FBM orders that are shipped with amazon shipping prevent me from having to pay out on a-z claims, order not recieved, and such. But FBA orders that are not recieved are refunded form my account?
How does that make sense and why is it not as simple to contest? And how are we to konw if a customer returns an item and gets a refund, that they actually returned the item in question?
Can these chinese dropshippers use the buyer account they create for one or two orders, get their refund at first scan and send in garbage, then drain the account they created to complete the fraud, then dissapear with the money?

I would like to share with you the policy in regard to Buy-shipping and A to Z claims
"Amazon offers Buy Shipping services that enable sellers in certain stores to buy pre-paid, tracked shipping labels from Amazon and have packages collected directly from their premises.
When you ship on time using Amazon's Buy Shipping, there is no impact to your account health or Order defect rate for granted delivery related claims (as long as you respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours), although you may still be responsible for reimbursing the customer."
