Account deactivated for an account that is not mine. PLEASE HELP

I have been selling for five years with never any issues or complaints. Account health is in good standing. Recently, I assisted my younger cousin in opening his OWN seller account under is name and verification. Since he is still a university student and a user of his parent's bank account he does not have his own as of now. During the setup I offered to use my own bank account for deposits that is NOT the one I use for my own seller account. This was only going to temporary since we wanted to see if he had success selling. Apparently this is a violation and connects me to multiple accounts. It triggered a deactivation on both accounts even after multiple appeals stating that it is not mine. I even submitted a notarized affidavit stating I recognize his account but it is not my name nor do I have access or control over it. He has deleted my banking information in hopes that would help but still no luck. Instead of submitting another appeal I am asking for amazon forum help. Here is the latest request from amazon

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with ....

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.

Since I have never owned or had rights to his account can a specialist here please point me in the right direction on what I should do? What amazon is asking I have no documentation since it's a brand new account and I have zero access to. I am thinking of having my cousin submit a notarized letter stating he is the only owner since creating the account.

Hello @Seller_OIFkiC5QpVHMg,

According to the Selling policies and seller code of conduct, sellers can sometimes have multiple accounts and access other accounts. However, if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, may also be deactivated.

If one of these accounts is deactivated, it can lead to the deactivation of other related accounts due to the multiplicity of accounts violation.

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation, your cousin's account. Once that account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account.

If you wish to provide evidence that the account deactivation was made in error, you should demonstrate to Amazon that you have never accessed any other seller account. You will need to clearly show that you only operated the single account that was deactivated.

You can find relevant information accessing the pages:
