Account Suspension, Two Appeals Submitted with No Response from Amazon, Infringing ASIN Link Restored on Frontend

Dear Amazon Team,

I am writing to address the ongoing issue with my account following the suspension due to an alleged copyright infringement.

On December 12, 2024, my account was suspended based on an infringement claim, which I am certain is unfounded. I immediately filed a DMCA counterclaim notice on the same day, asserting that I did not infringe on any copyrights.

On December 16, 2024, my account was deactivated as a result of this copyright issue, even though I was fully confident in my legal standing.

On December 21, 2024, I received confirmation that my DMCA counter-notice was being processed, and on January 7, 2025, the issue was successfully resolved. The link to the relevant ASIN has already been reinstated on the Amazon frontend.

However, despite the successful resolution of the DMCA counter-notice and the ASIN being restored on the platform, my account remains deactivated, and the performance issue related to the alleged copyright infringement is still unresolved. This is not only an unjustified burden on my business but also a violation of the fair process guaranteed under the DMCA.

I have maintained excellent performance on Amazon, and this is my first intellectual property complaint. The suspension of my account and the continued performance issue despite the DMCA ruling is both incorrect and unacceptable.

I demand that Amazon urgently review my account, remove any performance penalties related to the copyright issue, and restore my selling privileges immediately. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, as continued delays are causing unnecessary harm to my business.
