In recent days, we’ve noticed that the first line of the delivery address is frequently missing from many orders. This issue often leads to confusion and delays, as parcels appear undelivered due to incomplete addresses. We usually book labels in bulk, it's not feasible to manually check each address individually. While our packing team sometimes catches these missing details, the lack of a complete address still poses a risk of delivery failures.

To help prevent this issue and minimize any negative customer experience, we kindly request that customer contact numbers be included on the order packing slips. This would allow our team to easily confirm missing address details—such as door numbers or house names—at the time of packing.We believe this small change could significantly reduce undelivered orders and improve overall customer satisfaction.
