Thank you for your response. We appreciate your dedication to updating your shipping practices.

To be compliant with the 'Deleted, misrouted and incomplete shipments' requirement, all shipments associated with the same shipping manifest must arrive at the fulfillment centers within 30 days of the first shipment's arrival. Abandoning shipments, such as failing to complete all shipments or sending incomplete shipments where item quantities are significantly different from your shipping plan may lead to additional processing, handling, and rerouting, which can delay the receipt of your inventory and its availability for sale.

An incomplete shipment sample as: Shipment FBA18DB49WD8 arrived at the fulfillment center on 2024-09-12; however, not all units in shipment FBA18DBNMS3S and FBA18DB49WD8 were sent to Amazon within the 30-day window from the first shipment received.

PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN ME THIS AMAZON MESSEGE BECAUSE I SEND ALL SHIPMENTS IN 30 DAYS

I wanted to let you know that I have sent the shipment FBA18DB49WD8 back to be review.

However, for the shipment FBA18DBNMS3S, we do recommend you to create a case with seller support, however please know that it is better to create one case per shipment as these cases are very complex, and we want to avoid any confusion between shipments and resolutions.

I will update you as soon as I heard from the team in charge.
