Keep receiving 'additional quantities encountered' defect even months after FBA shipment has checked in
Since my last 4 FBA shipments I keep receiving the 'additional quantities encountered' error for random SKUs in the shipment. While my process ensures that I do not send either higher or lower quantites since I print as many labels as I book. I don't know why the FBA team is continuously throwing this error for my shipments all while I'm taking utmost care of my quantities. If this continues my defect rate while increase. What happens if the defect rate increases higher than limit? Is there any way to resolve this?
