Account Inactive: Can't Reactivate
Hi there, our account was disabled for inactivity (last login about 1-2 months ago, we haven't sold anything yet).
Now when we login, we get this message: ""Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
We added a new credit card half a day ago, and our identity appears to already be verified.
We tried to contact seller support but we can't even contact them, we just get shown the same error message:"Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive."
Anyone knows of other options? We tried contacting Amazon Support via the Amazon Store chat, but they said there was nothing they could do if we couldn't contact Seller Help through Seller Central.

I'm having the same issues. Amazon needs to look into this ASAP!

These are the steps I did to get my account active again. I don't know if it was just coincidental but it's worth a try because it worked immediately for me.
1. Use mobile phone (not desktop) and chrome browser to login to the account.
2. Put all affected inactive shops in vacation mode. Click "Continue" on the Inactive Account message (*see image).
3. Update credit card information for all inactive shops that were affected originally.
4. Go back to settings take your affected shops out of vacation mode.
This process worked for me. It was not working via computer browser's, only on mobile phone using chrome browser.

Greetings @Seller_2tEN2ZtSrSh2j,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your contact and to apologize for the delay in answering your post here on the seller forums.
I contacted the appropriate team and was informed that there are no pending issues with your account. Have you been able to resolve the inactivity? Is your account active now?
Sincerely,
-Nikki
