My PPC Compaign's Status is Delievering but not getting any impression. I am working as a MPL so it's not BuyBox problem. Can someone tell me how to fix or how to contact with CustomerService

Check your bid rates. If your bid is too low, it may not get an impression.
My suggestion is to set three ads:
Ad 1 - auto capaign. Automatic Targeting set price to default bid. Campaign bidding strategy: Dynamic bid down only. Bid adjustments: Decide base on your strategy or leave as is.
Ad2: Manual Targeting: Keyword Targeting. Select Exact and Phrase targets. Pick the most relevant keywords to your products. Set price to suggested bids. (MONITOR WEEKLY and Adjust when necessary)
Ad3: Contact Amazon Support to set a capaign or group campain for you.
One or all of them will work.
