We experienced the same issue today. They took £165 from us so far, charging back from April. This includes parcels that were never delivered, as well as those classified as large letters. I have opened cases with Amazon, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any progress so far.

I have had another update from Evri this morning.
Amazon have apparently communicated to them, that they plan to have it fixed by close of play on Friday 23rd.

Hi
This has been happening to me over the last few months. only a couple times so I let it go, however, in the last week they have taken 3.17 for around 11 orders this includes Royal Mail and Evri, it makes no sense as some items were large letters and weighed under 100g. I have asked Amazon to look into it but they claim that it is the courier charging so I need to contact them and then i reminded them that the money is being taken from my seller account which i am sure they dont have access to! Waiting to hear back from amazon and in the meantime I am now using parcel2go for sending out items.
Hope you get your money back.

Yes there was an issue with Amazon incorrectly charging numerous accounts, they have said "Amazon made us aware of yesterday morning with an experienced billing issue across this period where adjustment charges have been incorrect applied and / or duplicated. I can confirm this is being reconciled between both finance teams (Evri & Amazon) as we speak with credits to be applied accordingly against impacted transactions."
However, what many people have failed to realise is that prior to 18th March as long as your parcel didn't exceed Evri's maximum standard parcel size (245cm total) then the weight of the parcel is what determined the shipping cost but Evri have now included a 40L volume requirement meaning that in general people will be charged adjustments going forward if they send something larger than 40L.
I also believe that you have to submit the dimensions in the correct order as follows;
45cm x 35cm x 16cm not 35cm x 16cm x 45cm, for example
This is because their system doesn't seem to have the ability to reorder what is submitted into chronological largest to smallest and they may also charge you more because of this (dimension threshold dependent).
Please correct me if I am wrong!

Hello @Seller_sJUyozDeS1DKy,
We are aware of this situation with Evri. I am going to forward your case to my colleague @Ezra_Amazon who is looking into it.

Hello Sellers,
This issue has been raised with Amazon and we’ve shared a response in the main thread to help keep everyone informed: URGENT: Hundreds of Retroactive "Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment" Charges Flooding In — Anyone Else?
