hi we notice today over £300 was was missing from our account evri had taken made false claim and took so much money ecah parcel was no penny this time it was 3.17 please let me know if this has happen to you.

We experienced the same issue today. They took £165 from us so far, charging back from April. This includes parcels that were never delivered, as well as those classified as large letters. I have opened cases with Amazon, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any progress so far.
