Appeal submitted but no any response for 8 days
As a new amazon seller, i submitted the appeal to reactivate my account for 8 days, and did not get any respond, still showed：Our evaluation is in progress. I don't know why they are so inefficient? I think something happened to them, i hope they can help me solve my problem soon, my FBA Stranded Inventory, my account doesn't have a phone function, can't get in touch with the accounts team by phone, i need help, response from moderators is highly appreciated if they can provide me with status of my appeal and that if they are reviewing the documents that i provided.

When you are seeing "our evaluation is in progress" it will mean that they received the information successfully.
