I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble uploading a product video or launching promotions and coupons. Let’s see if we can troubleshoot this issue for you.
First, let’s check the status of your video:
- Go to the Upload and manage videos page in Seller Central
- Use the search bar to locate your video by its title or ASIN
- Check the status of your video
If the status is “Live” but you don’t see it on the product detail page, consider removing some images if there are more than six. Videos typically show up within 24 hours, but during peak periods, it can take up to seven business days for review and approval.
If the status is “Rejected”:
- Hover over the rejected video and click “Manage” on the right
- The rejection reason will be displayed at the top of the page
To address the rejection, review our Video Content Policy to understand why your video was rejected. Once you’ve addressed the content issue, you can upload the new video for review.

For promotions and coupons, there could be a few reasons for this:
- Seller eligibility: To create promotions or coupons, you need to be a Professional seller with a seller feedback rating of at least 2.5 stars. If you’re a new seller without feedback yet, you should still be eligible.
- Product restrictions: Certain product categories like Books, Music, Video, DVD (BMVD), and Wine are excluded from promotions. Make sure your products aren’t in these restricted categories.
- Featured Offer status: Promotions are most effective when your offer is the Featured Offer on the product detail page. If you’re not the Featured Offer, your promotional messaging may not appear.
- Coupon eligibility: For coupons specifically, you need a Professional selling plan and an overall rating of at least 3.5 stars.
