Landbell, BellaCool, Divid, ReFashion ?
Hi,
I receive emails from Amazon asking me to register with the organisations below. I keep paying whatever invoices they send me, but it's getting complicated, and I haven't a clue who is who anymore. I was wondering if anyone knows the companies below and can tell me who offers what service?
- LandBell
- BellaCool
- Divid
- ReFashion
Thank you in advance

Sorry - you are paying invoices to companies and you don't know what they do? Would it not make some sense to contact the companies?
For what its worth LandBell appear to be some sort of waste and recycling business, BellaCool are cross border EU regulation support, Divid no idea and ReFashion is also some sort of textile recycling.

Surely that is a question you should have asked yourself before you started paying them?
Are they for different countries maybe or for different product types?
Are you paying them voluntarily or has Amazon dictated that you pay them?
But personally, no idea, sorry.

LandBell is responsible for registering Amazon.de sellers to comply with German, EPR and WEEE obligations. LandBell is an agent that partnered with Amazon for this purpose. In the early stage, it made the job a lot easier.
Many more {agents} companies are offering the same or different services. Some of them work through Amazon to connect to sellers.
Again, there have been more regulations since after Brexit, VAT, and other taxes. Each of them requires a representative that operates in the EU, AVASK, TAXUALLY, AVALARA etc.
They are confusing sometimes, remembering what they do for your business each time you get the invoice. I would refer to previous emails to confirm what they are.
Obviously, one cannot know unless you are into it, so many of them, so many emails, some directly from Amazon, and others from the company.

Hello @Seller_2EG6N58tYDYmC,
This is Sakura from Amazon. Did you contact Seller Support to check if they could give you the specific email address for these companies?
