Blocked Listings (Concealed Blade)
Hello,
We've been experiencing some difficulty in communicating with Amazon Seller Support regarding the blocking of our listings due to policies related to 'Concealed Blades'. The primary issue lies with the automated replies that do not seem to be checked or read before being sent out.
Our items include folding knives and nail clippers, which have been blocked as concealed weapons. However, as per UK legislation and Amazon's policy, we are permitted to sell bladed items that are under 3 inches in length and have the correct UK 18 plus attribute listed while also being sold FBA.
We've heard that many other sellers are facing similar issues with kitchen knives, despite following all the required guidelines, policies, and laws. We attempted to go through the proper channels, but unfortunately, we keep receiving automated replies, and we have not made any progress.

We have the same issue.
We are one of the UK's largest supplier of safety razors and Amazon blocked 80% of our products for being in breach of their bladed policy despite the safety razors not being supplied with blades in them.
The issue has been ongoing for months now and we cannot speak to anyone with any grasp of logic to help us overturn the situation. It is beyond frustrating. Essentially, we have been blocked from selling a piece of metal because they deem it to be a weapon.

We are facing the same issue. Ours is a folding pocket knife with blade size less 2.36inches (less than 3 inches) which is compliant with Amazon's bladed product policy.
Here is the link to the policy which clearly says that folding pocket knife with blade size less than 3 inches can be sold via FBA channel.

We even tried to list the product again few times but it gets blocked every time.
Our original listing was blocked months ago and since then we are trying to communicate with seller support only to get same generic response everytime. They just do not understand what we are trying to say in our messages.
