I am trying to open an account for my company and submit all documents but I see my account status is " Your account has been deactivated " because of " Your account has failed our verification process. Please see your email for additional information’’
Any one faced this problem and solved it? is there an Amazon seller customer service number
that I can call ?

What does the email say ?

Are you living in UK ?
Sole trade or Ltd company ?
What ID did you provide?
Bank account in the same company name ?
If not living in UK do you have a UK vat number ?

From a very brief look at your companies house details a few things jump out - You are registered at a virtual office, there is probably other accounts registered at this address, so you may be failing because Amazon are linking the accounts. There does not seem to be a UK VAT number for your company, and you can not trade from outside the UK without this being in place. You also have no registered PSC on your company which again Amazon will require. This is just what we can see on public record, there may be more problems that this, you really need to go away and get the company set up properly before attempting to progress any further with Amazon, if you appeal too many times then they will simply stop responding to you.

Private limited liability companies registered in the United Kingdom:
Current Appointments Report (CAR) dated from the past 90 day
Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement in the name of the Business and dated from the past 90 days
Articles of Association
Memorandum of Association or Statement of Capital - this document displays the shareholders and the division of the shares
The Companies House documents can be obtained from http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/

Individual sellers’ Points of Contact and Business Owners: You may be requested to provide the following documents:

  • Full valid passport
  • National Identity Card
  • Driver’s Licence (UK Citizens only)
  • Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement addressed to the individual and dated from the past 90 days
